Quality And Process

Quality

Our customers choose us as their preferred supplier of quality corrugated products because they can rest assured that we are continually improving our quality control system to ensure excellent products and services. All of our boxes and other products are produced to the highest of industry standards. At Raghav Packaging LLP, every employee shares equal responsibility for achieving these objectives.

The consumers nowadays want only best quality products irrespective of the cost of the product which forces the manufacturers to provide best quality products so that they can build a strong customer base. The packaging of the product greatly influences the quality of the products. Box strength is measured in two different ways : MULLEN and ECT.

MULLEN

The Mullen test measures resistance to rupture in pounds per square inch (psi). Linerboard constitutes the bulk of the bursting strength of a corrugated sheet. The basis weight of the paper as measured in lbs/1000 sq. ft. directly impacts paper strength.

ECT

The Edge Crush Test (ECT) measures the ability of combined board to sustain a top-to-bottom load. The strength is directly related to the compression strength of both the liners and medium.
