The consumers nowadays want only best quality products irrespective of the cost of the product which forces the manufacturers to provide best quality products so that they can build a strong customer base. The packaging of the product greatly influences the quality of the products. Box strength is measured in two different ways : MULLEN and ECT.


The Mullen test measures resistance to rupture in pounds per square inch (psi). Linerboard constitutes the bulk of the bursting strength of a corrugated sheet. The basis weight of the paper as measured in lbs/1000 sq. ft. directly impacts paper strength.


The Edge Crush Test (ECT) measures the ability of combined board to sustain a top-to-bottom load. The strength is directly related to the compression strength of both the liners and medium.

How we function

RPL follows below methodology for its functions

1) Study Customer Requirement

Knowing customer requirements is important to the success of a company. Customer requirements can be determined through research, customer feedback, and identifying how customers wants the product.

2) Define Customer Requirement

We define and analysis customer requirement.

3) Prepare Technical Drawings

When the customer requirement is fulfill then we start to prepare technical drawing for that particular product on paper.

4) Design To Meet Customer Requirement

Managing design resources to meet customer’s demands for new products and design changes is a significant challenge faced by all design managers.

5) Detailed Job Costing

Job costing involves the accumulation of the costs of materials, labor, and overhead for a specific product.

6) Production Of Sample

If all the first 6 steps are fulfill the we start the production of the product sample.

7) In House Quality Check Of Sample

If sample is ready then we check this sample quality in inhouse.

8) Send Sample To Customer

If sample product quality is perfect then we send this sample product to the customer for checking the product quality and requirement.

9) Acceptance Of Customer Order

In make-to-order manufacturing accepting or rejecting customer orders.

10) Production Of Customer Order

If customer accept the product sample then we will start the production of customer order.
